How can I get an estimate?
The best way to get an accurate estimate is for me to view the floor and this service is free. If you just want an idea of the cost. An approximate price can be given if you have an approximate size of the area, by contacting me over the phone or by email.
Will the area need to be cleared?
Yes. You will need to remove all the furniture prior to my arrival. The floor area to be sanded and finished has to be completely empty before sanding can commence.
Is there a lot of dust?
No. I only use the latest dust free machines incorporating built in vacuums with a ninety eight percent dust pick up. These are the highest standards within the industry.
